Wake-up Habit

Current Wake-up Habit:

  1. Hear Alarm.
  2. Rollover.
  3. Turn off Alarm.
  4. Go back to sleep.
  5. Be two (or more) hours late.

New Wake-up Habit:

  1. Hear Alarm.
  2. Remove covers.
  3. Turn and place feet on floor.
  4. Count to 10.
  5. Turn off Alarm.
  6. Stand.
